Beyond Expectations: Going the Extra Mile

Reason being is that we can have so much fun and create memories while helping change people’s lives. Selling someone’s home is a big deal and I do not take this responsibility lightly. Over the years, we have perfected our client experience.. here’s a sneak peak of our process.

It wasn’t just one thing that enabled us to secure the buyer for this very special luxury home in Naples, it was a combination of all of the things that creates our client experience.

Preparation, staging, photography and marketing, hosting it open along with a grand broker event for maximum market exposure complimented by continuous communication and feedback.

In concluding the inspection contingencies we managed all of the details (my husband is the expert here) to create a seamless concierge process. Packing, moving, car transport.. we are with our client’s every step of the way.

The best part?! The seller’s went from strangers on the first appointment to great friends along the way. And the buyer’s walked in and said “it’s a pinch me kind of moment, I can’t believe this is our home.” Their agent and I worked perfectly together. Now that is a successful sale! 👏🏻

We would love to walk you through some of our favorite parts of our client experience. Creating a buzz prior to the property hitting the market is essential. Then, with the seller’s permission we throw the party! Events are one of my favorite ways to market a property. We collaborate with local businesses and then support a local charity. This creates exponential market exposure both within the community and through our global network.

Our follow up is personalized and we subsequently host the home open again. It’s not just one thing that works, it’s all of the aspects that create a true client experience. We personalize everything that we do. It’s not just a real estate transaction, it’s selling a home where a family created memories to a new buyer that will do the same. 

Here is a note from the seller’s about what they love about the home. The buyers read it and are excited to create similar memories there in years to come… There is a reason why similar people in a similar life situation are drawn to a particular home. It’s my job as their agent to highlight those features so they truly understand the feel of the home and potential. 

A Note from the Seller Creates a Personal Touch…

Hi Marissa,

I wanted to let you know that while we are so grateful to have the sale of our beautiful home in your more than capable hands, it doesn’t come without emotions. 

 We bought the house in Quail West because we fell in love with so many wonderful things, which still exist today.  From the moment we walked into the house, we felt “at home”.  While not a fancy house…it had the best blend of newness, openness and warmth – not to talk about an insane amount of closets and cabinets.  We spent many years with our children and grandchildren laughing, eating, drinking and just making special moments which we’ll have forever.  One of the most vivid memories was with all the kids and grandkids hanging in the pool with floats, music blasting and sipping delicious Rose….wow…brings a huge smile to my face!

With so many water views from every room, we always felt like we were on a big boat…it was a beautiful calming effect and sometimes I personally found myself just hanging out and looking at the water.  Each sunset brings an intense array of colors and warmth, and our cameras are full of those pictures…my kids have frequently said…”mom, we wish we were there with you”!  

Did I mention the cocktails in the lanai, living room and the bar?  Our friends have also enjoyed a bit of enjoyment with us as well!  Having our friends visit was amazing because of the privacy and separateness of our master bedroom…was perfect! .  

I felt the need to put in writing what this house means to me and has meant to my family.  While Marty and I both agree it’s time to be closer to friends and family, it’s a bittersweet moment…but one filled with appreciation, gratitude, smiles and truly lovely memories of our time at 5967 Sunnyslope! 

We wish the next family the joy and happiness we had….
