A Healthy Home is a Happy Home

We’ve recently come up with a Home-Detox List to share with you!

1. Get rid of air fresheners: Air fresheners contain chemicals that disrupt your hormones. Opt for a diffuser with some high-quality essential oils instead. 

2. Take off your shoes: Shoes can track allergens, bacteria and other toxins into your home. 

3. Filter your water: Tap water can contain countless harmful substances including heavy metals, BPA and pesticides. Investing in a high-quality home filtration system is a great long term investment in your health. 

4. Turn off your wifi at night: Wifi emits EMFs so when you turn it off when you’re not using it,  you might notice you will sleep better. 

5. Replace plastic containers with glass: Plastic containers can leach endocrine disrupting toxins, including BPA into your food. 

Remember, your environment plays a big role in your overall health. Small changes can and will lead to big results. Since we spend a good portion of our lives at home, it’s important that our home supports our overall health and wellness lifestyle.
